We shall be having our Picnic at NOK Klubhaus, Beznau, on 12th June (Sunday) 2011 from
10.30 am till 17:00 pm.
We shall be conducting seven sports events this year on the Picnic day. We plan to have the
following games: Table Tennis, Lawn Tennis, Chess, Carom, Athletics, Football and Cricket. All
events shall be ‘Singles Events’ except Football and Cricket.
Participants who would like to participate in any of the above games should register through

More information regarding the formation of Football and Cricket teams shall be provided to
the participants on the day of the Event. Members who would like to play football and cricket
are also requested to register individually through the above doodle link. Football shall be
played before lunch and cricket after lunch and all other games shall be played throughout
the day.
To encourage more participation for this event, IAB shall be providing transport to the Picnic
Venue for interested members. The pickup location shall be Döttingen station at 10.10 am.
Members may take the train (S27) leaving from Baden at 9.54 am which arrives at Döttingen
station at 10.08 am. Transport cannot be provided by IAB to members arriving after 10.10 am.
After the Picnic, members requiring transport shall be dropped at Döttingen Station.
Photographs taken at the above programme shall be uploaded onto our IAB website.

Contribution for Picnic:
Members: CHF 20
Members Children (8-16 years): CHF 10
Non-members: CHF 40
Non-members Children (8-16 years): CHF 20
Lunch is included in the above contribution. However, one has to pay for the drinks. Children
below eight (8) years, need to pay only for the drinks. Please send your registration by e-mail
to HIDDEN EMAIL. Please indicate the number of people attending (member/ non-member,
adult/ children (8-16 years)/ children (below 8 years), veg./ non-veg.).
The last date of registration is 4th June 2011. All participants must register and contribute as
per their age. Registration shall be considered only after receipt of payment.
Members are requested to pay through E-Banking/ bank transfer to the account given below.
Please do not to make payment at the Post Office to avoid additional charges to IAB.

IAB's Christmas Party is going to be held on 12th December 2010 at Protestant Church, Wettingen. As promised, we would like to offer all children below the age of 12 to showcase their talents at the party. Kids may perform skids, jingles, songs, dances or anything they like. The next event will be Food and Sports Mela on Sunday, 26. September 2009. Due to unavailability of suitable locations, we have decided to combine the Fun & Food Mela with the Sports Meet. More details about the event will follow in the upcoming circular.
